Disclaimer & terms of use
Last updated: 18 October 2026
1. For reference only
The calculators, plans, reports, samples and other content on this website (together, "the Tools") are general information for reference and education only. They do not take into account your full circumstances, and they are not tax, legal, accounting, audit, financial, investment or business advice.
2. Automated tools only; no advice or consultation
The Tools are generated automatically by software. No result is prepared, reviewed, checked or signed off for your individual circumstances by any person, including any tax agent, accountant, auditor, lawyer or adviser associated with ${BUSINESS}. No result is the advice, opinion, computation or certification of a tax agent or any other professional.
We do not provide consultation, calls, meetings or advice of any kind, whether free or paid, and we do not accept any engagement to advise you through this website. Using the Tools, paying for them, or contacting us by WhatsApp, email or any other means does not create a tax agent–client, adviser–client, fiduciary or any other professional relationship, and no duty of care arises from it.
Support by WhatsApp or email is limited to account access, payments and technical problems with the website. Any reply we give is general information about how the Tools work, not advice on your situation, and may not be relied on.
3. Uses that are not permitted
You must not use or rely on the Tools or their results:
- to prepare, file or submit any tax return, estimate (including CP204), appeal or document to LHDN or any other authority;
- in any financing, loan or credit application, or in dealings with banks or investors;
- as an audit, review, valuation, credit rating, due diligence or assurance report;
- in any legal, court, arbitration or regulatory proceeding, or as evidence in any dispute;
- in any contract, shareholder, partnership, employment or remuneration agreement or negotiation;
- as the sole basis for any decision on salary, EPF, dividends, financing, investment, restructuring or business strategy;
- to give advice to, or for the benefit of, any third party. No third party may rely on the Tools.
4. Tax rules as at a stated date
The Tools apply our understanding of the Income Tax Act 1967, Public Rulings, LHDN practice and Budget announcements as at . Tax law, rates, reliefs, thresholds and LHDN practice change, and Budget proposals (for example, Budget 2027 for YA2027) may change before or after they become law. Results are not updated automatically for later changes, and LHDN may take a different view. The Tools also simplify the rules: for example, they treat the company profit you enter as chargeable income and do not cover every relief, incentive, adjustment, capital allowance, withholding tax, zakat, SOCSO, EIS or HRDF rule.
5. Your figures, your responsibility
Results depend entirely on the information you enter. We do not verify, audit or review your figures or your financial statements. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of what you enter and for any decision you make.
6. Reports are not audits or forecasts
The Health Check, Cash Flow, Financial Analysis and Strategic Planning reports are automated management analysis. Ratings use general rules of thumb, not industry benchmarks. Scenarios, outlooks and "cash you could release" figures are illustrations based on stated assumptions, not predictions or promises of future results.
7. Sample reports
Sample reports use illustrative figures for a fictional small business, only to show what a report looks like. They do not describe, comment on or recommend any real company.
8. No warranty
The Tools are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we give no warranty, express or implied, as to their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability or fitness for any purpose, or that they will be free of errors or interruptions.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, ${BUSINESS}, its owners, directors, staff and agents are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage, including any tax, penalty, surcharge, interest, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss of data, arising from the use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Tools. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the credits or product concerned in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ${BUSINESS}, its owners and staff against any claim, loss, cost or expense (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Tools in breach of these terms, including any use set out in section 3, or from any claim by a third party who relied on results you shared.
11. Intellectual property
The Tools, reports, designs and content belong to ${BUSINESS}. Reports are licensed to you for your own internal reference. You may not copy, resell, republish or share the Tools or access to them, except to show your own report to your own professional advisers.
12. Not a legal or official document
No tool, report, PDF, screenshot or other output from this website is a legal, official, statutory, certified or signed document. It is not a tax computation, tax return, audit report, valuation, legal opinion or professional opinion, and it is not prepared under any professional or auditing standard. It must not be presented, filed, tendered or relied on as evidence of any tax position, financial position, professional advice or professional opinion, whether to LHDN, any authority, bank, investor, counterparty, court or tribunal. Nothing on this website is a representation, warranty or undertaking by us.
13. No reliance and release of claims
You acknowledge that you have not relied, and will not rely, on any statement, figure, rating, recommendation or result on this website in making any decision, and that you make every decision using your own judgment and independent professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, you release and waive, and agree not to bring, any claim, demand or proceeding against ${BUSINESS}, its owners, directors, staff and agents arising from or connected with the Tools, their results or this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for fraud.
14. Business use
The Tools are designed for business owners for business purposes. Where you acquire them for business purposes, you agree, to the extent permitted by law, that the Consumer Protection Act 1999 does not apply, and that all terms, conditions and warranties implied by statute or otherwise are excluded.
15. Your acceptance is recorded
You accept these terms when you create an account, when you make a payment, and each time you confirm the reference-only notice before opening a tool or report. We record the date, time and version of each acceptance against your account and may use these records as evidence that you accepted these terms.
16. Sharing reports
If you show or send any output to another person, you must include this disclaimer and you are responsible for any reliance that person places on it. No third party acquires any right against us.
17. Availability and errors
We may change, suspend or withdraw any Tool at any time. Calculations may contain errors or omissions despite our care. If we discover an error, we may correct it without notice, and we have no duty to notify you of changes in law or of any error.
18. Payments, credits, access and refunds
- Payments are made by bank transfer or DuitNow and activated after we verify your payment, normally within 24 hours of submission.
- A credit pack adds credits to your account. A single-report purchase adds credits that can be used only for that report. Credits are valid for 12 months from activation; unused credits expire at the end of that period and are not refunded, extended or exchanged for cash.
- Each unlock uses the stated number of credits and covers one company and one financial year end (for the Full Salary Plan, one year of assessment; for the Boss Tax Toolkit, use for any company). The company name and year you enter are locked once unlocked. After the credits are used, the report can be opened, re-run and downloaded for 30 days; after that, opening it again is a new unlock. Please save or print your PDF within the 30 days. A different company, a different year, or a materially different entity is a new unlock, and spelling or name variations used to avoid this may be treated as a breach of these terms.
- You are responsible for entering the correct company name and financial year before you unlock. Credits used for a wrong company or year are not returned, although we may, at our discretion, help where a genuine typing error is reported promptly.
- Launch prices for credit packs apply to payments submitted up to 11.59 pm on 31 December 2026 (Malaysia time). From 1 January 2027 the normal prices shown on the website apply. A payment submitted at the launch price before that time is honoured even if we approve it later; a payment submitted after it must be at the normal price.
- Nothing renews automatically. Prices, credit costs and pack sizes may change for future purchases; credits you already hold keep the credit costs shown when you bought them for their 12-month validity.
- Because digital content is supplied once credits are activated, payments are non-refundable after activation, except where we are unable to provide the product or where Malaysian law requires otherwise. If you paid by mistake before activation, contact us and we will refund you.
- Credits are personal to your account and may not be sold, transferred or shared. We may cancel credits obtained by fraud, chargeback or breach of these terms.
19. Privacy (Personal Data Protection Act 2010)
- We collect your name, email, phone number, company name, payment references and receipts, and the financial figures you choose to save, to provide the Tools, verify payments and contact you about your account.
- Figures entered in the free check stay in your browser unless you log in and save them.
- Your data is stored with our hosting providers and is not sold or shared with third parties except where required by law.
- You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data by contacting .
20. Changes
We may update the Tools, tax rules, prices and these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from the date shown above. Continued use of the website means you accept the current terms.
21. Precedence, language and governing law
These terms prevail over anything else on this website, in any report, email, message or conversation. If they are translated, the English version prevails. They are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction. If any part is found unenforceable, it is limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains in full effect.
